Enter the birth data to cast a traditional twelve-palace chart, with notes
本页做排盘:按出生年月日时与出生地排布十二宫与星曜,并标注生年四化;盘下另附要点文字。
盘面属于传统文化中的符号呈现,供学习对照之用,不构成任何现实建议。
This page casts the chart: it lays out the twelve palaces and the stars according to the date, time and place of birth, and marks the year's Four Transformations, followed by short notes.
The chart is a symbolic arrangement within a traditional cultural system, provided for study and comparison. It does not constitute advice of any kind.
This site is a personal study-notes blog: notes on classical Chinese astronomy and calendar literature, intended for cultural study only. It offers no conclusions about the future, and is not a basis for any real-world decision.
Tap the two fields above: the date supports Gregorian / lunar and hour / exact minute; the birthplace can be searched by town name or picked by province-city-district (district longitude is used).
If the exact time is unknown, choose the nearest hour. 23:00–01:00 belongs to the Zi hour; 23:00–24:00 is the late Zi hour and may be cast as the same day or the next.
The birthplace converts clock time to local true solar time (about 4 minutes per degree of longitude) — the more accurate it is, the more reliable the hour.

How to read it: start with the main stars of the Life Palace (marked 命) for the overall tone, then look at its trine and opposite palace.
The small line under a star name is its brightness (miao/wang); the coloured tags are the year's Four Transformations (Lu / Quan / Ke / Ji).
